INSUREitALL LLC uses artificial intelligence (AI) in limited, transparent ways to enhance our educational content and services. This disclosure explains how and where we use AI technology.
AI-Powered Coverage Guide
Our Coverage Guide chatbot uses AI (Claude, an LLM) to answer questions about Medicare coverage types in plain language. The AI:
- Does not provide medical advice — it educates about plan types only
- Does not access your health information — it has no knowledge of your medical history
- Does not store conversations — each session is independent
- Is monitored for compliance — responses are reviewed for adherence to Medicare marketing rules
- Has hard guardrails — it cannot recommend specific plans and will refer complex questions to licensed agents
When AI Might Not Be Appropriate
For the following, you should speak directly with a licensed agent rather than relying on AI:
- Plan-specific pricing or coverage details
- Enrollment decisions
- Questions tied to your specific health conditions or medications
- Appeals or disputes
- Any conversation involving sensitive personal information
How We Protect Your Privacy
- Conversations with our Coverage Guide are not stored or used to train models
- Lead form submissions are handled separately and securely
- We do not share conversation data with third parties
- All data in transit is encrypted
Limitations of AI
AI systems, while useful for education, have limitations:
- They may occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete information
- They cannot understand context that relies on personal medical or financial details
- They do not have real-time access to plan availability or changes
- They should never replace consultation with a licensed agent for enrollment decisions
Transparency and Accountability
INSUREitALL LLC is committed to transparent use of AI:
- We disclose that you are interacting with AI in the Coverage Guide interface
- We maintain a clear path to human agents for any questions the AI cannot handle
- We monitor for accuracy and update the AI's knowledge base regularly
- We comply with all applicable CMS regulations on AI use in Medicare marketing
No AI in Enrollment or Decisions
Important: Enrollment decisions and plan recommendations are always made by licensed insurance agents, never by AI alone. Our Coverage Guide is educational only and does not make recommendations or enroll you in any plan.
